Shipping Policy
Delivery will be made to the delivery address contained in your Customer Registration Data. You are responsible for ensuring that someone is present at the delivery address to accept delivery of your order at the time specified. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the delivery is the conclusively presumed to be authorized to receive the order. In the event we miss a delivery time, Shop Caputo’s agrees only to make the delivery at a time later agreed upon.
Promotional Code Policy
Occasionally Angelo Caputo’s Fresh Markets will distribute electronic promotional codes to its customers. These promotional codes will offer a discount based upon order value and/or fulfillment method. Each of these codes may have separate criteria that needs to be met to include said offer within your online purchase at the time of order finalization. All promotional codes are limited to single use by user & single use per household, unless otherwise stated. Angelo Caputo’s Fresh Markets reserves the right to revoke or remove the promotional code from your order without notice if we suspect duplication or if the stated requirements are not met at any time.
Payment Policy
All payments for online orders must be made in the form of a bank issued debit or credit card. When placing an order, you are consenting the card information you enter is authorized to be stored for easy use on your next order. If you wish to opt out of this, simply email shopcaputos@caputomarkets.com and let us know.
Upon order submission we will place a pending charge on your account for the total cost of your order + 25%. We do allow changes to be made to your order after it is placed, out of stocks can occur and variable weighted items are charged the exact amount so there is a chance that your final amount may differ from your initial ordered amount. This extra authorization charge allows us to make changes and additions to your order.
Your final charge will be reflective of the price that is emailed to you upon order completion.
-Please note that the original pending charge may take up to 10 business days
to finish to the exact amount however typically this occurs within 24 hours.
Cancellation Policy
-Grocery Orders-
Orders that contain items from our "grocery" listing require a 24 hour advanced notice to qualify for a full refund. If your selected fulfillment method is pickup, it is your responsibility to pickup the order you placed, whether it be curbside service or instore. Orders that are fulfilled and not picked up by the customer within 48 hours of the originally selected fulfillment time will be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued unless prior arrangements have been made with the fulfilling store directly.
-Catering & Holiday Orders-
Orders that contain items from our "catering" listing require a 48 hour advanced notice for full refund. If your selected fulfillment method is pickup, it is your responsibility to pickup the order you placed, whether it be curbside service or instore. Orders that are fulfilled and not picked up by the customer by the close of business on the originally selected fulfillment day will be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued unless prior arrangements have been made with the fulfilling store directly.
Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied for any reason with an item purchased through Shop Caputo’s, we will provide you with a refund to your selected method of payment. Just call us at 1-866-CAPUTOS within three (3) days of delivery or pick-up and let us know your problem with the item(s). We will need to see the item(s) to determine the cause of the problem before we issue a refund and will arrange for the item to be picked up if delivered to you. You can also bring the item to any of our stores with a copy of your online receipt for a full refund. For any order shipped by a third party service, we must be informed the same day your package was received if any issues exist.
