• 1/2lb of feta cheese, crumbled
• 1 (12-ounce) jar of Delallo marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
• 8oz cream cheese softened
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
• 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
• Oregano
• Olive oil, for drizzling
1. Combine Ingredients: In a food processor or blender, combine the crumbled feta, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, and red pepper flakes.
2. Blend: Process until smooth and creamy. If using a blender, you may need to stop and scrape down the sides a few times.
3. Season and Serve: Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with oregano. Drizzle with olive oil for extra flavor.
4. Serve: Serve with your favorite dippers, such as crackers, pita bread, or vegetables.
