Giardiniera Corn Dip

Ingredients
- 2 cans (15 ounces each) whole kernel sweet corn, drained
- 16 oz sour cream
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 2-3 tbs mayonnaise
- 8oz Hot or Mild La Bella Romana Giardiniera Relish
Cooking Guide
- In a large bowl, combine the corn, mayonnaise, sour cream, cheddar cheese and stir until well combined.
- Fold in the giardiniera relish
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour for the flavors to meld, or serve immediately.
- Serve with tortilla chips for a classic combination or Frito scoops
