Giardiniera Corn Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (15 ounces each) whole kernel sweet corn, drained
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2-3 tbs mayonnaise
  • 8oz Hot or Mild La Bella Romana Giardiniera Relish

Cooking Guide

  1. In a large bowl, combine the corn, mayonnaise, sour cream, cheddar cheese and stir until well combined.
  2. Fold in the giardiniera relish 
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour for the flavors to meld, or serve immediately.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips for a classic combination or Frito scoops
