Cooking Guide
- Prepare the Friselle:
- Coat friselle with olive oil and balsamic
- Assemble:
- Spread ricotta directly onto Friselle
- Top with diced avocado.
- Season with salt and pepper
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic
