Espresso Martini

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Vodka   
  • 1 oz Coffee Liqueur (such as Kahlúa)   
  • 1 oz Freshly brewed espresso (cooled)
  • 1oz Caffe Borbone Cool Coffee Cream
  • 3 coffee beans (for garnish)   

Cooking Guide

Equipment:

  • Cocktail shaker   
  • Strainer
  • Martini glass   

Instructions:

  1. Chill: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Combine: Add vodka, coffee liqueur, cooled espresso, and coffee cream to the shaker.   
  3. Shake: Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds until well-chilled.
  4. Strain: Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
  5. Garnish: Garnish with three coffee beans.

Tips & Variations:

  • For a stronger coffee flavor: Use a double shot of espresso.
  • Experiment with different coffee liqueurs: Try variations like chocolate liqueurs or hazelnut liqueurs.
