Creamy Cannellini Bean Dip

Ingredients
- 2 cans Delallo cannellini beans, drained and rinsed (these are already cooked)
- ¼ cup of Sartori Garlic and Herb spread
- 2tbs cup extra-virgin olive oil (plus more for drizzling)
- The juice of one small lemon (about 2tbs)
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Combine ingredients: In a food processor or blender, combine the cannellini beans, olive oil, garlic and herb spread, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Blend: Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
