• 4 mediterranean marinated boneless, skinless chicken breasts

• ½ teaspoon onion powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 2-3 medium zucchini, diced
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Dress the zucchini: In a baking dish, put diced zucchini and season with oregano, oil, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and mix
3. Assemble the dish: Place the marinated chicken in a baking dish and arrange zucchini around the chicken.
4. Bake: Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
5. Serve: Sprinkle with feta cheese (if using) and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
