Baked Gnocchi with Homemade Supreme Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 pound gnocchi
  • 1 container La Bella Romana Supreme Sauce
  • 8oz container of ciliegine 
  • ¼ cup fresh shredded basil

Cooking Guide

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat the Sauce: In an oven safe skillet, pour the contents of the supreme sauce into the skillet and let it heat on the stove on a low setting
  3. Cook gnocchi: Cook the gnocchi according to package directions until tender and float to the surface. Drain and add the cooked gnocchi in an even layer
  4. Layer ingredients: Top with half of the mozzarella and basil. 
  5. Bake: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Serve: Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
